Hi Brianna, Mac Geek Gab did a poll of Mac users regarding battery life. It appears that the more you abuse the battery, the better it does. Draining the battery completely once in a while is certainly recommended but randomness in charging habits yields better battery life according to the numbers reported from a substantial user base.
