I found the solution to sign out of skype while you have it running on the
iphone. Once you open skype, in the lower right corner you have a button
called my info. Double tap that. From the screen that then appears, you can
simply sign out.

That's definitely a very, very inaccurate statement. Adium is great, really.
The only inaccessible part I've ever seen is that it calls the chat area
"Unknown", but that's nothing to complain or worry about as VoiceOver figures
out it's HTML content.

Can you use an Airport with both Mac and Windows machines? I have both Macs
and Windows machines here, and it would be useless if it only supported
Macs.

You'll need to use the Inspector to change some attributes. Highlight the area
you want modified, press command-option-I to bring up the Inspector and
navigate to the Text tab.
I've forgotten myself how to do things like mark up a document with headers.
