Hi, Greg,

Your message is encouraging from the standpoint that you seem to be indicating
that though difficult, the discussion threads can be more or less reliably
navigated. Is this right?

I would be interested in knowing the following:

1. What version of Blackboard is your institution using?

2. Which do you find more effective: Group Mode or DOM Mode?

3. Are you going to specific portions of the Blackboard platform by moving
from frame to frame, or is there a different approach?

Best regards and thank you!

Mike
