Sorry I can not be more help.  I am interested if others have this problem and 
how they get around it since I have this problem from time to time too only not 
on FB, but on my blog.  Readers have asked me to make links which appear on my 
blog active.  Apparently, when I type the url as part of my entry, it shows up 
as text.  When I cut and paste the url from elsewhere, most of the time it 
appears as a link on which readers can then click to activate.  I have not 
figured out how to always ensure the url is always a link which can be 
activated.
