I just asked this same question a few days ago. You go in to Safari's
preferences while Webkit is running and choose general. THen you can pick your
default browser from the popup menu. I did that the other day and it works just

I'm afraid the Cepstral voices are very buggy and don't work well at all with
VoiceOver. They are also very sluggish when they do work. The Infovox iVox
voices are far superior in every way to Cepstral. They are responsive, work
well with VoiceOver and sound much more realistic.
