Hi Alfredo, My first place to start would be download.com. Or just google those programs for Mac. Just put Carbon Copy for Mac in to google's search box. When you download a program for the Mac the ending is DMG which I think stands for disc image or something like that. I hope that helps. What does Super Duper do? I've never heard of that one.
