I have replicated your key mappings and it seems to work - somewhat.

How do you get around the fact that [alt] [tab] is no longer an option as it 
interferes with the Mac [command] [tab] key combination?

Also, the insert key stil doesn't make the JFW curser work so, screen 
exploration is out of the question.

A little ore functional now.
