Hi Insert the DVD into your drive. When starting up your Mac, when you hear the usual startup tone you hold down the C-key and the drive should start spinning. After a couple of minutes you should be in the Language Chooser, if all goes well and you can then start VoiceOver. Hope it works

Hi, I meant the help said it's the accent key. I don't see it in keyboard help, though. It's probably some odd combination I haven't tried out yet. Thing is, this keyboard does not have an accent key, as such. Most likely to simulate the accent key, another key has to be pressed as well.

If you hold down the option key as you are launching iTunes, you'll be given the opportunity to create a new library. (And where to put it, too.) Then, just do the same again (hold the option key) when you launch iTunes and you'll be asked to choose which library you want to use. Hope this helps.
