Hi,
If you set JAWS to use laptop mode, you can use the caps lock key as your
insert key.

Sorry for the delay, I was hoping somebody else would answer. I have never used
a bluetooth keyboard with my Macintosh. Certainly it should work the same way

Thanks for these responses. I’ll try out these suggestions. Does this mean that
if I use a Windows bluetooth keyboard, this issue would not be present? The
insert key would serve as the JAWS key? That would be a good solution.
Thanks again,

I’m sorry, but the caps lock key does not work as a JAEWS key in VMWare Fusion.
It probably will in Bootcamp though. Personally, I keep a windows full size

Hi,
The Insert key would be the Caps lock key. You would need to go into the

key.
I hope this helps, and let me know if you have further

Hello,
Go to System Preferences and once in there, go to Bluetooth. Once there, find
the table listing your bluetooth devices. Then, find your keyboard in the list,
and press VO Shift M. Then, go down until you see the "Rename" option and press
return. This will allow you to rename it.

I did try using alt tab to go between the finder and mail, which were the two
