Hi, The Insert key would be the Caps lock key. You would need to go into the preferences of JFW and ensure that your keyboard layout is set to laptop. You can also use a program like SharpKeys to remap a key you do not use to the JAWS key. I hope this helps, and let me know if you have further questions.
