That has been my personal experience. Although I have had both good and bad experiences of most companies, the good experience of apple has far outstripped anything I've gotten from any other company. I know I've told my deep frier oil story numerous times on the list. It never gets old

Yes but that support you only get if you pay for the 3 year plan otherwise it is only 90 days and as I said I am not at all sure that that apple support would mean anything to a voicover user. But I will try to get a hold of some people, hopefully things will get interesting over here. Gre

Hi, Apple does sell extended warranty packages for its laptops and other products. These are pretty expensive but are really excellent service. I would bet that Apple would work out a bulk sale deal with your blindness organization if they would enter negotiations. Historically, Apple ha
