Whilst in a mailbox, interact with the list of messages. Then press
fn+vo+shift+left arrow to go to the first row of the table of messages and
fn+vo+right arrow to go to the last row in the table of messages.

Find the item you wish to remove, press vo+shift+m, and arrow down to options

I have also used Tables successfully. It is not a free programme but works
better for me than numbers. You should find it by googling Tables for mac. You
can try it for a few days free. Admittedly I use Tables for simple things.

I've just tried this command and it works. I have tried it while reading a
message in Mail. For this command to work while the message is open, I had to
interact with the text body of the message. The only thing is, that choosing
between line sentence reading mode, VoiceOver reads in the
