Dear Harry, I understand from the many expert messages that Ann has been posting on this list regarding iWork suite, that sadly track changes does not work with Voiceover. Ann is a very knowledgeable person in the matter, and had there been a work around, she would have found it. Maybe she will herself comment on your difficulty.
