Centrex to off-net transfer a caller.
Panasonic's voicemail does not do this real well or readily. Other systems
do.

I have put one in. It works fine with -5 firmware in the TD1232. Many of

The TD has a DID service, and an analog VM.
A call comes in on a DID number. The destination for the DID number is the
VM.
Does the TD send the DID number to the analog ports connected to the VM?

installed. I found that they had purchased a RadioShack Audio Amplifier and
put the 8 ohm output into the MOH ports of the TD1232. Needless to say, you

We went to a site to replace a customers TD1232 -1 with a new -6, and had to
put their Amanda VM back on the new -6. The customer says with the old 1232
the system work correctly, and says that now the Amanda VM does not hang up
correctly.
Does anyone have any experience setting up Amanda on TD12
Make the transfer to the UCD group a Blind transfer. You will need to use
the alternate transfer sequence to do this. This fixed it for me.

a mailbox.
It was set to page a pager, 3 times then if I did not respond, page an
alternate pager.
Only problem it began paging both of us, once a minute until I finally got

You do not need the DISA to use the UCD. You need the DISA you tell the
callers all logged in extensions are busy. I have a couple of UCD groups
that work without a DISA card, they work much better with the card,
especially if you ever expect to have callers waiting for an agent.
