We were to meet the carrier yesterday afternoon to install a T-Span with DID numbers on it. They did not arrive until late, so tech support was closed. We are having a problem getting the Span to work, here is the problem, anyone seen this
TD1232 with a T-1 card. We have the Span setup up B8ZS, ESF, DID, wink, 20 DID numbers, According to the CO when we go off hook, they wait for us to send a wink to allow us to seize the line. The system is set, Wink both inbound and outbound, They say they are not getting the wink. Could it be, the 187 card is bad, or am I missing something?
