electronically, mainly a couple of what appears to be emergency lighting
type sealed lead acid batteries.
The case is made of nice sturdy aluminum, and other than getting one with a
bad battery (which they promptly replaced) they
test..please ignore..(like my wife does)

not a grounded/unbalanced pair from the telco.
