Sounds like perhaps a phone (or two) are bad...how many sets are 
dead/flashing? A short on the data pair (caused by a bad phone) will usually 
affect 4 ports on the KSU. Unplug all dead/flashing sets, reset the KSU, 
then plug them back in one by one. It's possible that there is a short in 
the station wiring/jacks as well.
