Sounds like nightmare time Don! There are a whole bunch of things that could be causing xtalk, but as a quick, inexpensive, "shotgun" solution, I'd isolate the paging amp from the 1232 with a Bogen WMT-1 transformer.... They call this a Hiz in, 600ohm out xfmr, but in reality it's pretty close to a 1:1 matching xfmr. Just use it to "balance" the single ended output of the switch and the 600 ohm input to the paging amp. Bet dollars to donuts that'll solve your problem.
