Actually there are two versions of the software sold by www.pbxsoftware.com and for around $35 each, they are a good bargain. I just recently changed out my KXT123210 for a KXTD1232 and the have used both versions. They are very similar as to look and feel. You can indeed save and restore system

I think I understand... Does this work? Calls come 1:1 to ext. A If A is fwd/busy/na to B, then B can help answer the calls, right? If B is fwd/busy/na to voicemail, won't A's caller end up in A's box? Since the call came in 1:1 to A, then A can be considered the "owner" of the call. Even thou
