I think I understand... Does this work? Calls come 1:1 to ext. A If A is fwd/busy/na to B, then B can help answer the calls, right? If B is fwd/busy/na to voicemail, won't A's caller end up in A's box?
Since the call came in 1:1 to A, then A can be considered the "owner" of the call. Even though A is fwd to B, the call should not end up in B's box, it will end up back in A's box. A's mailbox can also have a covering extension of B if desired, so A's message can say " sorry I'm out, to speak with my assistant press 0 now". charles ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Lesher" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "KXT Mailing list" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, January 08, 2002 8:37 PM Subject: KX-T: sharing duties > KXTD+TVS102 > > Main folks use Custom/auto attendent themselves. > > A subtenant gets his own lines 1:1'ed to his extension. > The CO line have CFB.
