Jim thanks for your 2 cents, you have a lot of good points,
I know for many years I have sat back and not answered the KX-T questions,
I sit back and think why I don't, and all I can tell you is that I service
over 4000 customers and have over 2200 Panasonic systems that my company
services,
I answer no less than 10 voice mail and phone systems questions a day, I
delete and set up mail boxes, reset passwords, even record greetings, program
buttons, turn ARS off, fax over help sheets for speed dial, time changes, for
my customers, Never do I bill, But I know where to draw the line, and my
customers trust me.
I think if more Panasonic customers would pick up the phone and ask for help
from their local dealer they would be happy with the amount of free help that
they could get.
Helping out each other is the point of this list, And the dealers that answer
questions do a good job of helping, If you see an e-mail from an end user
that is complaining about a dealer, or a dealer complaining about an end user
do what I do just hit DELETE,
