disappeared quickly, and after checking the airplane
out, he continued and finished, with no further incident. The start crew
stayed with the Lancair, helped him swap his solenoid, then launched
him and followed in the support plane to Fon Du Lac.

three bedroom houses in my
town are being rented out for 3K per week for the games. Right now plan on the
gathering being held the weekend of Sept. 10 or 17th. I will get a firm date

Another point about central Kentucky, I just checked flightprep and did a 300
mile circle and it hit 19/20 states. It's in flat country so no mountains to
contend with but like I said, it's democratic....

similar to a KR. Tail wheel techniques will be the same but flight
characteristics will be very dis-similar.

n one hour getting tail wheel
training before basing an opinion on the experience. I would recommend not
trying to kill birds with one stone, BFR/tail wheel; treat each of them
separately and get something out of each experience.
You get what you pay for with my opinion.:-)

I registered my RV as a DO-7. When
I insured it, I relayed to the carrier that my airplane was built from an RV
kit. Lots of people do similar registrations and it does not effect insurance
rates.
Get out in the shop and off this computer, great flying weather will soon be
here!!

worthiness certificate for an experimental and receiving the repairmans
certificate for that same airplane are two totally different things and they
use two different standards.
