runs on Debian 9, it’s not expected to run on current versions of Debian or

I think you are asking to run FastSurfer and source FS7.1 binaries instead of
the recommended 6.0. for the surface processing part.
This may work, but it is not recommended. We only tested FastSurfer in
combination with 6.0. as described in the paper. So if you use 7.1 you are on

I’m relatively new to Freesurfer, and I am just beginning to check the output
of my recon-alls using QAtools. However, I’m running into a number of
difficulties and errors with QAtool
Yes, we will release a v7 container on dockerhub as soon as we can. Hopefully
by next week once we release a new 7.1 patch.

Does it mean that in Beta version 7, there is no GPU capability. But stable
version 7 still support the existing GPU capacity.. Is it correct?
