External Email - Use Caution Hello Freesurfer experts!
We have previously extracted hippocampal subfields and nuclei of the amygdala using the beta version of segmentHA_T1.sh routine with Freesurfer 6 beta. We are wondering if there is any reason to expect volumetric differences between the beta and current version of this routine? In other words, would it be necessary to rerun with the current version in Freesurfer 7, or are the initial values extracted with the beta version sufficient? Thank you for your help! Anna Finley
