I verified the Check for Updates in the Extension Manager on Windows 7 64 bit and it correctly flagged my downlevel extensions. Clicking the Install button doesn't seem to do anything useful. Hello Ami The problem is almost certainly that the default program your computer wants to use is Excel and that the icon displayed for the file is therefore an Excel icon. The file content is unaffected in this case. There are two things you can try to open the file. I assume you are using Windows.
