Hello Amy, If you are interested in helping users, one of the options is to volunteer on the forum. The English forum is at https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/index.php All you have to do is register and start answering questions. I'm a moderator there (user FJCC) and would be happy to answer any questions you have.
