installed Dapper from Beta2 CD on a Laptop and a PC and did all available
updates, Totem is still not able to play any DVD with gstreamer backend (not
encrypted recordings from my VDR box), totem-xine does.

Running a fully updated dapper here. The volume I'm trying to mount is
an ext3 partition on my SATA drive, which I made user-mountable adding
it to /etc/pmount.allow. The behaviour is quite odd, as I have already
stated: double clicking the icon in nautilus actually causes the volume
to get mounted
Is there any progress being made on this?
It is still a problem for Ubuntu. Could someone give me some pointers so
that I can start working on a patch?

Since the output is set to auto in the mms I have some other problems. I
no longer have to kill esd to play ac3 (because it isn't used anymore
;)) but watching videos the sound gets async after awhile and like I
said before I can only play one sound at a time. The latter seems to be
a kernel driver
I'm running Ubuntu Dapper and I my point was that if you DO stop the
dbus service - the problem with the empty trashcan icon when deleting
files just disappear. E.G It works just as its supposed to do. I've not
seen any errors from Gnome by doing this,but that said - I've not
scanned the log files

Debian #195600 is totally unrelated and is not about printing itself,
but about retaining printing options through save/reload.
However, Ubuntu #24785 is the same bug, with its own set of duplicates.
Personally, I think that if Dapper is to be that Totally Cool Release
supported for at least three
It's fixed under dapper 32bit. however under the flight7 version i tested of
dapper 64bit it is still a problem. more so minner being the end user can
type eth0 in the dialog box, and manually activate the status icon.

I also confirm that it is better to use the command "mozilla-thunderbird
%s".
Because when using "mozilla-thunderbird -compose %s" the Tools > Read
mail option in Firefox incorrectly shows the compose new message window,
see bug #45693.
