Public bug reported: The "computer" view in nautilus isn't updated accordingly when a volume is mounted through, for example, pmount/mount issued directly from the terminal. I noticed this is not the case with the cdrom drive: everything works as expected. As a side note, double-clicking on an unmounted volume actually causes it to get mounted, but nautilus is unable to "chdir" to it because the new device status isn't notified. Hitting the "refresh" button sorts it out though. I fear this has got something to do with the d-bus issue responsible of new volumes not being showed on the desktop. Regards, andre
