I have checked in today (after updating installation and release
notes spanish translations) and found out that the www pages are not 2.2
ready.
I did this for the spanish translations (changed the /index latest
release and some notes on releases/potato/index and releases/index).
Since it seemed that the spanish translation was a month behind, and
Enrique might be on vacation, I have updated (most) of the translation so
most of the problems associated with the (.es) files should be removed.

Well, good point. If you follow the script you will see that
it takes a look at the english source dir Makefile's, going back to the
topdir, then to the *english* source dir and then forward to our current
dir.

not looking for comparing CVS version numbers between both files. That is,
your point is correct, however all translators can use "another" version
number (the one in the ) which refers with which file
version (in the engl
It seems I have a working way to do this, alas, it changes, slightly
how translators should add the information on which version they have
translated (we could easily move from one format to another, whoever)
There need to be some changes in the Make.dep.generic in order to
give
number of the original file,
to compare it to the translation version number.
