Hi, I imagine this has already been discussed, but if we have lots of people coming for partial weeks, can le camp handle this, and more importantly, only charge us for when they are there? (Only relevant for food, due to accom forfait... but might be relevant for accom if we get enough people).

I informed the people in Interlaken at various venues (e.g. the hostel, the meeting venue) that we would aim for a decision by the end of November. I believe similar communications were made with Le Camp. I would propose giving them an update about our fundraising and asking them to continue
