On my previous boat I used this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_sb5TfIENvsN2FwWkxodmJnRUk I took a cheap pump up garden sprayer and replaced the nozzle with a generic kitchen sink spray head. I'd wash in cockpit or on foredeck with lake or brackish water, then rinse with the pump up sprayer
