Got mine from South Shore Yachts. bolted right up. They make them out
of stainless steel,
the originals were cast aluminum...not sure if yours is the same.

Wow $8/board ft is cheap. Up here $38/board ft. Almost cheaper to buy
a boat with good teak steps
than to replace them. I priced out lumber for a small bed stand table

$600. Guess it's time for me to buy a mill. I have 45 acres of wood
growing...unfortunate

Yeah, love CB. We did the last race the cape in J-29 Jahmon, then did
last East Bay Regatta
in J-105 Jahmon. Hoping regatta scheds will hold to get up there again
this year.

Yep. I was on the boat before it left Armdale for Caribbean. Looked
pretty good then, and I know
Dan's been doing more fixing along the way. You can find video's on

From my past of peeling spinnakers, we would use a peeling strap, which
was long enough to reach from
tack to attachment point (in your case tacker). Hook it up, ease the
guy until the strap is taking the load,
drop the guy, tack the pole, re-attach guy, load up the guy, blow the
strap and winc
ng to try using an ATN tacker for
jibes. Then I can move the pole at my leisure.

I rigged mine as
y, which won't work on the
leeward side. We don't use the asym often enough to justify a sprit.
How do you "lock off" the pole?

es,
I find them easier and less hassle generally than trying to squeeze that

I've done both and they both work.

Cool. I think NSC had something like this many years ago, was located
on one of the towers
of the main clubhouse that no longer exist. Lighthouse will be an
excellent choice for location.
Closer to the race venue and in largely clear air.
