I can't imagine a 12v cordless drill would have the torque.  I have 20v dewalt cordless drill, and even though it will drive a 6 inch hole through the side of my house, I can't imagine ever using for triming my headsail.  Milwaukee is industrial stuff, so you pay for it.  I think the US can get industrial Dewalt, but no one here carries that in Can that I know of.

This is a serious tool and uses at least a 20V battery—I doubt a 12V drill would work for any serious lift/grind.

Back a few years ago it went for ~$400.
