I've seen some subroutines are ran without the & sign in front of the
subroutine name, like:
subroutine_name;
instead of
&subroutine_name;
Is it the same thing or there is a difference?

Hi all,
I have made a script for uploading files and I don't know how to limit the
size of the uploaded file.
I've read that using a line like:
$CGI::POST_MAX = 1024 * 1024 ;
is more secure because the script will automaticly break when the file
is bigger than this limit.
