My function is let t(x) be a boolean function that established if posts are on topic to the list at hand.
Can we please keep posts topical, and useful to people who are beginners at CGI, please? If your post isn't helping a beginner, DO NOT SEND IT. Posts are getting more and more off-topic to these lists. Please use other, more appropriate, lists for such things. You folks are also welcome to start threads with eachother _without_ including the list at large. If you are unclear as to what is on topic for the list, please look at the list FAQ (http://learn.perl.org).
