from Bacula 9.2.2 to Bacula 9.4.2.
Is ist worth for any reason to update the clients with file-daemon
version 9.0.6 also?

Only for cosmetic issues.
After an update of a bacula file daemon bat still will show the old
Version in the client list.
As long as you click in the list for each client "Status Client" and
then "Refresh Client List"
Just compared a little with our old configuration.

I replaced the two obviously cooked 1500nF capacit
onally booting linux from a memory stick I use ntfsclone in
combination with a compression tool to backup system partitions of
Windows workstation clients over the LAN to a fileserver - I found using
pigz instead of gzip did speed up the backup process dramatically.

between Cygwin/X, MobaXterm and XMing. MobaXterm has enabled
