Is there something wrong with my Outlook or is everyone else seeing it that way too? Just trying to help because I never read my own messages often when I get them back from the group. There is a girl named Gloria that we all also knew back then and maybe she would know if Kitty is still alive. Kitty would probably be in her 80's now. I wonder if she's still alive. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Lora Leggett Sent: Saturday, June 20, 2009 11:23 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [RecipesAndMore] Re: TOMATO - ONION - CHEESE CASSEROLE Oh, Marilyn, thanks a lot. I just wrote to Cooking Friends today asking about this. I used to correspond with a lady named Kitty who was a lot older than I am. She was probably in her middle 50's when I was in my 20's and she was giving me some recipes on tape. Like a dummy I was copying it on very thin paper from old phone books with my braille writer. Well, you know what happens to braille on thin paper over time. The dots get squished down. That meal was so good when I made it shortly after we got married and i have wanted to make it again. That is so cool! Now I need to get tomatoes and onions!'You have made my weekend.
