my favorite shells in no particular order: rapha lightweight softshell: great for fast cold weather rides/ training - windproof, breathable and fairly water resistant. the fit is snug - which is nice on those cold, windy days.
swrve softshell hoodie: what I commute in most days - warm, windproof, great fit and cut, allows for layering, looks nice off the bike. also has some huge rear pockets. i tend to overheat in this, however, if i'm pushing too hard. i also wish it covered my neck. have to wear a neck gaiter or scarf with it when it dips below 30. patagonia climbing jacket: i forget which model, but it has a nice cut (long tail, shorter up front) and some built in stretchy fabric, so it's great for cycing. very windproof and waterproof, but long pit zips allow for some breathability. it gets used on and off the bike quite a bit. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
