Funny you should mention Chicago, that's why I bought the parka in the
first place. My family is strewn all about the North Shore, Evanston,
Willmette, Morton Grove, Glenview, etc...

Yeah, I was hoping I could get away with the parka so as to avoid
buying something else for riding. The lotion is a great idea. Here in
Texas, putting lotion on in the summer always makes me sweat, but
maybe in these colder months it would really help insulate. I'll give
it a try.
