I am 90 per cent convinced that the VO's are what I'll use. Only thing
is the rear brake bridge, which hangs somewhat low already and may be
too low for rolled fender edges. I'll measure and see. Thanks to all
who replied.

Only problem is that if I start spiffing this bike up it may be due
for a re-paint, something I'm not really willing to do because it's
WAY beyond my budget and I'd be without the bike too long. But that's
another story. --Beth
