Sorry I pressed tab then space by accident and it sent,

I jaut wasnted to say these woudl sit on a quicklaunch along the top of the
screen in drop down lists, if you installed custome software or wanted to
add bespoke apps that didnt fit into any categorty you coudl add your own
dropdown, lets say if you were an accountant you could create a dropdown
call accounting and in there you put your shortcuts for Sage, Quicken, or
other apps associated with that menu item.

So it would sort of look like this
