Short version: you keep on doing what you're doing. If, OTOH, you believe entry into the Dem party is "tactically correct" then we are entitled to see the strategy that informs the tactic and the programmatic basis for that strategy. And here's something to consider--just because you don't ally with the Dems doesn't mean you can't address or talk to those who do. i used to do it when I was younger -- another thing I wasn't very good at.
