Please note that if you mean what MOST "list verifiers" mean by list verification, actually testing for RCPT and start-of-DATA acceptance, some sites will let you do that until they notice (many automatically) and switch to giving you all-bad answers. As they should. If you AREN'T testing for actual deliverability, you are selling a fraudulent "list verification" service. There is only one way to verify an email address, and doing it for a list of uncertain or poor provenance is abusive per se.
