Last week, I booked a meeting with John for today after also receiving the 5th reminder after we reached an agreement following his 2nd reminder. John replied that they are legally obliged to send at least 5 reminders. He did not yet comment on why they are legally obliged to send further reminders after reaching an agreement. Also he did not yet comment on my question if they are not legally obliged to react to my replies to reminder 3 and 4 I send asking what traffic they keep seeing. - but I suspect this is not even the issue if the are 'obliged to send 5 reminders' after seeing some traffic. I'm looking forward to the online meeting with John later today to find out what he has to say about this or if indeed they keep seeing traffic from our network.
