Hi Jonathan, Some time ago I also had problems getting Taptic time to work. Here is what I do. Tap once then follow that up very quickly with a quick double-tap. You can’t wait too long or it’ll just wake up the watch and then speak the time. I like the feature because if I wake up during the night, I can check the time without waking my spouse. Since you also mentioned that in terms of the alarm, I thought you might want to be able to use taptic time at night. Cheers, Donna
