I have had several Apple Watch models with the Silicon Sport band, and was originally very surprised at how much I liked it. Donna is correct, that the Sport band is not very “dressy”, but nevertheless, I found it very comfortable, and enjoyed wearing it.

Personally,I find the default band a little too casual. I wanted something I would be comfortable wearing when dressed up. So I have the Milanese band—at least I think that’s what it’s called. It’s a metal band with clasp, and I like it much better than any of the bands that come with the watch. Another thing to remember is that you are not limited to Apple’s band selection. You can also buy a band from Amazon. That’s what my husband did, and he’s been very happy with his.
