Steve and Donna,
Appreciate this. I am quite willing to save myself $100. My iPhone is always with me.

What about the watch band? If I was in walking distance of an Apple store, I could go there and look.Other than colors, is the default band decent? Thanks.

Hi ET,

I agree with everything that others have said. The one thing I would add is
that personally, I don’t really like taking phone calls on my watch. This is,
of course, subjective, but I mention it because if I remember correctly, you
have hearing loss, and the reason I don’t like using the watch for phone calls,
is that the sound isn’t very good. It might be something that wouldn’t be
useful for you, and that that case, the option of using your watch without your
phone would be less wortwhile. I don’t carry my phone with me all the time.
When I’m at home I set it down and leave it in one place, and it still syncs
with the watch. As you can probably tell, personally, I don’t think the
cellular version is worth the extra money.
Best,
Donna

Hello,
Looking at the options that are available. Do I want cellular? About the
watch bands, anything special about those or is the default band good enough.
Appreciate the feedback.
