I think that the letter at least have to be included in the list of unicode symbols with its LaTeX encoding: http://www.lyx.org/trac/browser/lyx-devel/branches/BRANCH_1_6_X/lib/unicodesymbols I have no idea if that is sufficient though... /Anders
