I don't understand this. With the current .mo-files the menus and the translations in the text (like the phrase "Figure:") are wrong. With the .mo-files in CP the menus appear correctly and the translations in the text are still wrongly displayed.
Thomasz Łuzak reported that the usage of diacritics in LyX' text field and in dialogs works with the .mo-files in Win CP.
