Here, (LyX 2.0.0 svn and XeTeX 3.1415926-2.2-0.9995.2 (TeX Live 2009/Debian) I get the following: * many missing Greek characters (while the Latin ones are preserved) with the document output set to XeTeX. * exporting to latex (XeTeX) and compiling by hand: - the same (without change) - the same after removing the buggy (and unneeded with XeTeX) \textgreek definition. - expected output (Greek as Greek and Latin chars as Latin) after - \usepackage{babel} + \usepackage{polyglossia} I would rate this a LyX bug.
